Lakeside Centre (215 Joseph Okemasis Dr):
New property development built by MLCN Investment Management Corp. in 2020, Lakeside Centre is the largest commercial medical facility in the Province of Saskatoon totalling four storeys and a gross-leasable area of 56,410 sft. This state-of-the-art, purpose-built medical centre has multiple medical services including pharmacy, medical imaging, physiotherapy, orthodontics, dentistry, ENT specialists, optometry and neuromuscular on-site.

217 Joseph Okemasis Dr:
Completed in early 2022, 217 Joseph is the newest property development built by MLCN Investment Management Corp. The property is a 5,798 single-storey building with excellent exposure to neighbourhoods such as Sutherland, College Park and East College Park. Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA – 103 Aspen Place):
Property development completed in 2018, the building is a 50,000 sft two-storey office building that houses SIGA’s head office. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art office and meeting spaces, including a main floor shipping and receiving warehouse.

103 Packham Ave:
Constructed in 1993, 103 Packham Ave is the initial property built by Muskeg Lake Cree Nation on Canada’s first Urban Reserve. The property is a two-storey, 45,000 sft mixed-use building, with excellent exposure to College Drive. The building is home to First Nations University of Canada’s Saskatoon Campus and the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies head office, and Peace Hills Trust (one of the original tenants of the Urban Reserve).

335 Packham Ave:
The property is a two-story, 42,000 sft mixed-use facility, completed in 2000. The property has ample parking and excellent visibility as it borders 105 Street and Packham Ave. The building’s tenant mix is varied, and some of the services include legal, fine art, insurance and dentistry. 335 Packham Ave is also the head office of Saskatoon Tribal Council, Muskeg Lake Cree Nation’s – Urban Office and MLCN Investment Management Corp.

214 Joseph Okemasis:
The property is a 16,000 sft retail centre located in the heart of the Urban Reserve. The building is located in the Sutherland District and home to multiple services including a children’s play place (Flynn’s Forest) a luxury and custom home builder (Maison Design+Build), a full scale wellness centre (Lead Pilates) and STC Industrial Contracting.

401 Packham Place:
The property consists of a 16,000 sft two-storey building, with high industrial bays located on the main floor, and an additional 14,000 sft yard. The building is predominantly home to construction offices and a Market Tire service location on the main level.
