Established in 2021 by MLCN Investment Management Corp. (MLCN-IMC), McKnight Property Management LP is a full-scale property management company based out of Saskatoon, SK who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our tenants, landlords and property owners. MPMLP works with all asset classes including commercial office, retail and industrial properties through property management, leasing, project and development management services.

Single Office Space: Please note that McKnight receives multiple inquiries regarding single office space on the Urban Reserve. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill all these requests as there limited number of single office spaces available and they do not typically turnover.

MLCN-IMC and McKnight Property Management provide expert development consulting services, with experience delivering major commercial projects including Lakeside Centre, the SIGA Head Office, 217 Joseph Okemasis Drive, and Aspen Place.
